How do writers read? How do you create believable characters, dialogue and conflicts? How can you become your own best critic? Learn the fundamental techniques that make “good fiction” compelling to a reader and what it means to overcome obstacles on the page. Each student can expect to complete and receive feedback on one first draft of short fiction, and complete one meaningful redraft.
All levels of experience and ability are welcome. Computer and internet literacy is strongly encouraged for this workshop.
