Douglas Stone's book Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most, a New York Times business bestseller co-authored with Sheila Heen and Bruce Patton, has become a classic on how to talk about important and challenging issues with the people around you at work and at home.

Doug and Sheila's new book Thanks for the Feedback uses the same approach to look at how we can learn from the feedback others give us, and at what makes that so hard to do. Both books mix clarity, years of research, and a good dose of humour.

Misha Glouberman will be talking with Doug about both books. Misha is the author, with Sheila Heti, of The Chairs Are Where The People Go, and is the host of the Trampoline Hall Lecture series.

The event takes place on Sunday, April 6 at the Drake Hotel Underground. Tickets are $5, free with the purchase of a book. Doors open at 6:30 and the event starts at 7:00 sharp. More information at:
