Nominees for the Heritage Toronto Awards Announced

Heritage Toronto has announced the nominees for the 35th Annual Heritage Toronto Awards. The awards "celebrate outstanding contributions by individuals and community organizations, as well as industry professionals and associations, in promoting and conserving Toronto's history and heritage landmarks." The winners will be announced on October 13th.

Heritage Toronto is also hosting "The Great Toronto Roast" to celebrate Toronto's 175th year. Special guests will include former Mayor David Crombie, actor and director Albert Schultz, dub poet d'bi.young and more. Tickets are now available. See the Heritage Toronto website for details.
