Submitted by maeve on May 7, 2013 - 10:47am
In a recent piece she wrote for the National Post, Amanda Leduc, whose debut novel, The Miracles of Ordinary Men, was just published by ECW Press, shares "The Plan" she had for literary stardom as a fourteen-year-old, how real life took a detour and why she's happy that it did: "Writing happens in and around everything else that makes up your life, and is all the richer for it." You can read the article here. Be sure to check out Open Book: Ontario's interview with Amanda. And don't miss the launch of The Miracles of Ordinary Men tomorrow in Toronto.
