This Thursday Eve, Get Lit

Please join our friends at Get Lit on Thursday, October 22nd, at 7 p.m. at the Gladstone Hotel for an inspiring and entertaining evening. Now in its fourth year, the Get Lit fundraiser will present a unique cast of Canadian celebrities who will each read and discuss a piece of writing that has moved them.

All proceeds help support The Reading and Running Club - a unique after-school program that encourages Canadian children living in underprivileged neighbourhoods to become physically active and to learn to love reading.

Get Lit is thrilled to announce this year’s reader list:

Christopher Alexander
Former Canadian Ambassador to Afghanistan, federal Conservative Party nominee in the Toronto riding of Ajax-Pickering

Don Tapscott
Business strategist, consultant, and author of Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything and Grown Up Digital

Noel Edison
